Hagen Renaker New Designers Workshop Horses

This page has all the recent Designers Workshop horses. The first horse was Jamboree in 1993. The Jamboree, Encore and Tria were very limited in the number produced. Later editions had 1,000 horses made. The new foals Sherif, the small Zilla and the lying Fez are an open edition. Colors were not divided equally in the run but were produced to order. Popular colors had a greater number produced. Many of these horses are still available from the Hagen Renaker factory, or through HR dealers or from the Hagen Renaker Collectors Club.

Made in 4 colors, lots of variations are pictured, early horses had nice shading

Only made in 2 Colors, sock variations pictured, the chestnut horse with dark mane is a test piece
These horses were $20 more than the smooth base Quartets and came with more detailed painting
Hagen Renaker DW King Cortez Reissue
The first issued palomino King Cortez horses came in dark or light palomino
Only 88 charcoal King Cortez were produced
